my teachings are deeply rooted in belief that yogic practices are grounding and hold the power to bring you closer to yourself. by slowing down and coming home to your body, I aim to create a safe space for you to reconnect and soften. through mindful guidance in movement, breath-work, and somatic practices, I invite you to explore stillness, cultivate awareness, and find a deeper connection within.
