March Zoom classes

March Zoom Classes

Online classes on Zoom are starting in March every Saturday 10 am. Each month has a theme/intention that we work on throughout the 4 classes. March is all about backhands, heart openers and spine mobility.

2 vinyasa flow classes (70 min class)

Vinyasa is flow(y), dynamic and fun. It is connecting each breath to a movement while flowing through poses and playful transitions. The focus is on backhands and heart openers so I'll give you a lot of options and variations for different back-banding poses. 

 

1 mobility/drills class (70 min class) 

This class is a little different from usual yoga class, we still try to connect the movement but I add more mobility work and drills for what we're working on. With backhand, the focus is on shoulder and spine mobility, core activation, side-body and hip flexor & quad flexibility.

 

1 softness class - slow and nourishing â€‹â€‹(70 min class)

Softness is a combination of a slow juicy movements and yin-like practice. It is slow, grounding and nourishing. It will pull you out of your head and bring you into your body. The concentration is again on heart openers and expansion across your heart area.

You can either sign-up for one of the classes or buy a package of all four classes for a better price. Classes are held each Saturday at 10am. You will receive a  Zoom link and playlist for the class the day before. ​

whole month: 240 DKK / 600 CZK (60 DKK / 200 CZK per class)

single class: 100 DKK / 340 CZK
