I work with different techniques (breath, meditation, visualization, sound) to ground you and balance your nervous system.
what you'll receive...
You are getting access to a library of 10 meditations - each for one day. In these recordings, you are guided by my voice and sound. You can start whenever you wish to, the access is unlimited and you get these meditations for life. However, I recommend going through the series all at once, in 10 days, to really deep dive into the practice.

little about the nervous system and why we seek regulation
Regulating your nervous system means being able to switch between parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, creating balance between them. We live under a constant pressure and chronic stress and often lean towards the sympathetic state or ‘fight or flight’ state, which activates under stress and prepares the body for immediate response, so we need to be able to also come into the parasympathetic state, the ‘rest and digest’, state of recovery and relaxation, that is balanced nervous system.
The autonomic nervous system (ANS) consists of the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches, which ideally function like a seesaw, allowing the body to respond to stress (SNS) and recover from it (PNS). A balanced nervous system reflects flexibility—the ability to adapt to different situations by activating the SNS when needed (e.g., in emergencies or high-energy tasks) and returning to the PNS for recovery and restoration.

elements of the practice
breath-work/pranayama
Breath is a direct line into your nervous system. We utilize the inhales and exhales in different ways, depending on what we want to achieve and to get the nervous system back to state of equilibrium.
meditation
Meditation is stepping away from your busy mind, from thoughts and feeling and leaning into a state of passive awareness where you can just rest and observe.
somatic practices
Somatic practices help you reconnect with your body and ground down. Through touch and vibrations we stimulate the vagus nerve and work on activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
what to expect if I sign up?
If you sign up through the link (or through mail or direct message), I'll send you a mail with all the payment information and I'll share the folder on Vimeo with you. Once I receive your payment, I'll give you a password to access the folder and individual meditations. You can download the Vimeo app if you want to have the meditations easily accessible in your phone or you can just open it in your browser. The folder contains 9 meditations at the moment, the last one is a special episode and will be coming out in few days after the 1st February. I will be sending out more information about the last episode through mail, so no need to worry about it.
